Pali is the modern marina of the volcanic island of Nisiros. (There is also a fishing marina in the village of Mandraki west of Pali’s marina). The marina has water and electricity, the mooring is Mediterranean with an anchor and stern to the pier. Excellent grip inside the marina.
The marina has a number of restaurants, a small grocery store and you can rent a car.
The active volcano on the island is an attraction not to be missed. It is highly recommended to rent a car, get to the volcano and hike the gorge. The mountain is active and you can see golden crystals of sulfur with the smell that accompanies them of course.

Finally, it is recommended to visit Mandraki, the city west of Pali. It is a picturesque and magical city. With a fishing dock (low sinking, boats with a long keel can not anchor in it).
