San Miguel de Cozumel – Mexico

San Miguel de Cozumel (Spanish: San Miguel de Cozumel) is the main city on the island of Cozumel in the state of Quintana Roo in Mexico. The city is located on the Caribbean coast on the west side of the island, opposite the city of Playa del Carmen. The vast majority of the island’s residents live in San Miguel, and its population is 77,236 (as of 2010). The city and island are a major tourist center and are part of a tourist area on Quintana Roo known as the Mayan Riviera.
